Shopify Duplicate Sales and Pairing Failure
Incident Report for Sync with Connex
Shopify sales must be queried in UTC time, unless you use our summary order feature. Almost all customers are set-up to query orders in their local time zone, which causes the same sales to reexport. This timezone setting also causes a sync or pairing failure for some users. Our developer will publish a change on Tuesday to address the issue.
