Monitoring - Some syncs fail to happen within two hours for QuickBooks Online users. We have implemented a change and we are monitoring the situation.

Resolved - If you sold bundled items with WooCommerce, this could cause a sync failure. If you have 20 sales and one contains a bundled item, then you would see no orders in QuickBooks, order previewer, or log. Our developer will publish a change on Monday to address the issue.

Resolved - Amazon sends orders to Connex in UTC time. A coding issue set the hours ahead by four, which caused some late night sales to show tomorrow's date. Our developer will publish a change on Tuesday to address the issue.

Resolved - Shopify sales must be queried in UTC time, unless you use our summary order feature. Almost all customers are set-up to query orders in their local time zone, which causes the same sales to reexport. This timezone setting also causes a sync or pairing failure for some users. Our developer will publish a change on Tuesday to address the issue.

Resolved - Shopfiy made a change to the order fulfillment status field. A change is on its way tomorrow for desktop users.

Resolved - If the customer is missing, then Connex creates a new customer with a parent customer of web store. Customers appear as Web Store:Joe Example.
