Our development team resolved an error, due to daylight savings time. The error occurred because 3/8 2 AM cannot be assigned to a sync date in Connex, since the closed move ahead an hour. The sync should resume shortly. If not, log into Connex. Expand manually sync. As the end date of the sync, enter 3/10. Here are more details on the error:
